Direct Fondee, a.s. is committed to making its website and digital services accessible in accordance with Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for certain products and services, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and Council, and in accordance with the EN 301 549 v3.2.1 standard.

This statement applies to the website www.fondee.cz and related online services such as insurance contracts, claims reporting, client zone, and mobile application.

Compliance Status

The Direct.cz website is partially compliant with the above regulations and standards due to identified shortcomings in structural semantics, operability, and understandability of certain elements. We are working on resolving them.

Inaccessible Content

Based on an audit conducted in 2025, the following issues were identified:

• Information, structure, and relationships must be programmatically determinable or available in text (WCAG 1.3.1)
• Selected elements are not fully operable via keyboard (WCAG 2.1.1)
• The focus order preserves meaning and usability (WCAG 2.4.3)
• Headings and labels clearly describe the topic or purpose (WCAG 2.4.6)
• Form fields have labels or instructions (WCAG 3.3.2)
• For all components, the name, role, and value are programmatically determinable (WCAG 4.1.2)

These areas have been assessed as a priority and most are already scheduled for correction. Others will be gradually addressed during regular development. Please note that although we strive for maximum accessibility, due to system complexity and diverse end devices, 100% compliance of all components cannot be guaranteed.
