This is the cookie policy (the „Policy“) for the website of Direct Fondee a.s., with its registered office at Pod dráhou 1636/1, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, Company ID No.: 06691862, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. B 27322 (the „Company“ or the „Controller“) and within the Controller's application named „Fondee mobile application“ (the „Application“). It applies to all users of the website operated by the Company (the „Website“) and to the Application where relevant.

The purpose of this Policy is to inform users of the Website and/or the Application about the use of cookies, the option to refuse them, and the way in which the Company uses cookies to process the data of users of the Website and/or the Application.
